This program is for anyone who wants to build more joyful and healthy habits into their daily life and either doesn't know where to start, or needs a refresh and revitalization of their routines.
​
Every morning, you'll get a video introducing you to a healthy habit for your holistic well-being (body, mind and soul) and then you'll go off and try it out!
​
Each day will be very different, but by joining the challenge you're committing yourself to playfully exploring anything that comes your way.
​
The habits will be designed to take about 10-15 minutes of your time each day, and after you try it out, you'll be encouraged to jot down a few thoughts and feelings, so you remember how it felt for you.

Most importantly, we'll have FUN with these together!
